who is oz
Oz. is the Australian photographer formally known as Mark "Tubby" Taylor to the film industry, trading as the company Black Glass Media. With the result of the strikes ending up bankrupting my long-standing film industry business, a restructure and rebranding was required.
The name Oz is a self-generated moniker born from years of combined experience, personal annotations, life experiences, and creative influences.
I have had a long career in long-form film production, but it is time for a refocus. I'm here with a history of supporting new and emerging young actors, and I'm broadening that definition to artists, with a focus on musicians and the music industry — combining my experience of the visual medium with my personal passion for the audio medium.
I want to collaborate with anybody and everybody, in any form of media creation — from directing music videos to live music photography and video services, at every level of production.
